Build the report either by clicking the Final Report button or by selecting "Print" from the File menu. You have a lot of flexibility when putting together the Final Report. Click the checkboxes in the top left corner (in the Select Reports box) to indicate what you'd like to include in the final Report.
Use the checkboxes in the Printing Options box to specify other details of the report, and then select the plans that you'd like to include.
When you're ready to print, either click Print Reports to send the report to the printer, Print Preview to preview the report, or Print to File to save the report as a file which can then be e-mailed or edited.
The Report Options button on the button of the window allows you to set other options (like the font and heading). See the Report Options help for more details.
Don't forget to click the Edit Cover Page button if you are going to include a cover page with your reports.
